My first visit from Kings Window cleaning but certainly not my last.. The work was fully discussed prior to the appointment and was carried out by Ben faultlessly at the previously arranged time. COVID regulations were observed and a variety of payment options given - important to me after months of shielding! No regular future appointments required - just a call when the next one was needed. I was recommened Kings Window Cleaning from a couple of colleagues at work due to complaining that my current window cleaner was unreliable and they could not keep up to my expectations. When I spoke with Ben initially to provide him with details of what I was looking for, I was greeted with complete professionalism and I reassured that Kings Windows were the right company for my home. The night before they were scheduled to come, I received a text which asked me if I would like to request a time slot for when they I would like for them to arrive - due to working at home alot, this worked very well for me to ensure that was having a break without being distracted from my work load. The punctuality was fantastic, the professionalism and politeness were exceptional and the overall clean was more than I expected.
